1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sileninja ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Sileninja provides ultrasonic protection technology designed to help protect your privacy by generating inaudible signals that may interfere with unauthorized audio surveillance.

3. Subscription Terms

3.1 Free Trial

  • New users are eligible for a 7-day free trial of Sileninja Premium
  • You will not be charged during the trial period
  • Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges

3.2 Subscription Pricing

  • Sileninja Premium: $4.99 USD per month
  • Prices may vary by region and are subject to change

3.3 Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

3.4 Refunds

  • Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy
  • Contact Apple Support for refund requests

4. Permitted Use

You agree to use Sileninja only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

  • Use the App to interfere with legitimate audio recording with proper consent
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
  • Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT:

  • The ultrasonic protection will be 100% effective against all surveillance
  • The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The App will meet your specific requirements

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SILENINJA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Pet Safety

  • Sileninja includes a "Pet-Safe Mode" to reduce potential impact on animals
  • Users are responsible for monitoring their pets when using the App
  • We recommend enabling Pet-Safe Mode if you have pets

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Sileninja and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

  • Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App
  • Apple is not responsible for any product warranties or claims
  • Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms
